Anyone been to Deer Creek recently? Looking to go up sometime soon, appreciate any info.

I was there about a week ago. It is still high, more so than you would ever have expected in late April (and it is July now) but clear and parts of it are fishable; Yellow dries produced (humpies, smaller stims); not much to crow about but better than the frothing unfishable murkiness either side of Tahoe, if that's what you are comparing to.

You will catch some fish there, Chico Ck, and upstream. There are some other people fishing but less than usual due to the higher water.
