    While I'm not sure what the good flows are, I noticed that sand bar flat dam was releasing 5,000cfs. I'm guessing that's way too much water coming down the canyon.

    to put into perspective, 2000 cfs makes the river appear flooded. I think it's at 4000 cfs at the moment.
