Ask Whitney Gould. Her longest cast at Spey O' Rama was 140'! By the way, she does NOT look like she uses steroids.

what's the record for spey and single hand or what are typical maximums one could expect?

I think spey casts are in the180' range and two handed handed overhead casts are way out there - think Rajeff and others have hit close to 300 feet (football field).
