Depthfinder Recommendations?

I'm researching getting a depth finder (aka fish finder) for my float tube and would appreciate recommendations. I'm thinking one around $150 - 200 will meet my needs for finding holding spots and fish, but would like feedback on the higher priced units. Are they worth it?

had one for a few years. cannot be beat at that price in my opinion.
