Dang! I should really fish the American more often seeing that I am only 10 miles away. I fish it like 2 times a season.

that might be of fish in one of the raceways, not what was swimming around in the river but I could be wrong on that.
"Did you catch anything".........."No, did you"........

"Hey man, mind if I fish here?"....."Yes"...."Thanks man!"

Looks like the raceway to me. All those fish are healthy and chrome lookin. Usually in the ladders you will see some pretty dark and dirty fish.

I went fishing four weeks ago, my five year old an I caught and safely released 7 little guys about that size. All clipped, in fact the fish swimming in the upper left corner of your picture looks very familiar!

I figured it wasn't the river but the top pool at the hatchery. It has been a while since I have seen it that full with decent looking fish. If there are that many fish there, just thinking that there are probably a butt load down river. But that was five weeks ago. Now, I pretty much stuck a fork in it.

This photo was taken at the raceways! But there was some silver bright steelhead in the river a couple of weeks ago!

Beautiful photo! Catches the excitement of seeing schooling fish - even if in a raceway.
