    Great shots.... The first one looks like the Dragon is waiting for a clearance from the tower....

    Excellent pics, if you get more please post them.

    I was at Martis Lake years ago and as I was getting ready to launch my kayak and a dragon fly was hovering about 6 feet above the water and few feet away and all of a sudden a 10" or so little rainbow trout comes rocketing straight up out of the water after the dragonfly. It got within a foot of the dragonfly........it was one of the coolest things I have ever seen while out flyfishing.

    I will post more photos of dragonflies later in the season! That must have been great to see that trout come up after the dragonfly!! Thanks for sharing the story!
