Here we GO!!!!! Open the bypasses, people...I wanna kill some ducks!!

As far as wasting water, how is it wasted, except for the fact that LA-LA land can't buy it to water the desert. I am sure the Delta will appreciate it.

The bypasses are upstream of Sacramento . The delta gets a decent flushing though.
Looking at it as wasted water just feeds right into the water exporter's hands.

It seems even we, the enlightened ones, have a hard time learning this.

Storms this weekend could mean mucho ducks. Wahoo!

Elwood: It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Jake: Hit it.
