    Default Floating the Y

Where do you put in to float the Y above the bridge. I thought motors weren't allowed and that would be one heck of a row from the bridge............

    You walk up.
If he had it his way nobody who did not know how to catch a fish would be allowed to disgrace a fish by catching it

They launch from the YOA property above the Foundation Hole.

When flows are down, most of that water is accessible by walking up, right? I remember being able to get as far as that rock outcropping that caused so much controversy when YOA had patrolmen threatening people some years ago (does that still happen?) about trespassing even tho' they were right next to the water (I think I remember their claim was they owned the river bottom to half way across).

What is the "YOA"? It would be great to be able to launch a boat further upstream.

Last I heard a membership in YOA (Yuba Outdoor Adventures) was $1500 a year. But that was a few years ago and I have no idea what it costs these days.
