    Default my next boat !!!

It will be for duck hunting and a little fly fishing !! I was going to make a mud motor for a flat bottom Jon boat and use it . But there are areas that i like to hunt and fish , that have no boat ramps and these places are the best spots . MY kayak does not have enough room for all my decoys and my lab . This little paddle boat will have plenty of room for both .

what i have been using !

Cabela's in reno should have one . Our Cabela's in Lehi does . They are great little boats , very very stable . A lot of guys put small mud motors made from weed eaters or trolling motors on them . The model # 2000 @ $ 825.00 ) is wider than the # 1200 @ $700.00 .

Check out this guys set up . He now sells small mud motors made for boats like this

Rob, is your marsh frozen over yet? How goes the duck hunting?

    Ed
Elwood: It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Jake: Hit it.

    Hey Ed !!

Yes it WAS ,but it rained all night and opened up again . We had some -8 deg weather a couple weeks ago , and it froze overnight .

You should see the ducks i saw there this morning. hundreds and hundreds in the air . Many moved in from the north .

Heading out in this ( my friends ) at 1pm today . just waiting for his call . I may end up getting a small Jon boat and make a mud motor.

I was looking at this . Air cooled motors are great in the muddy marshes . I have 600.00 and selling a over/under shot gun and if it sells before this boats gone i will get it i think . 1000 is a good deal for boat , trailer and motor .I keep going back and forth over a Jon boat or paddle boat , a small boat could also be used a a layout bout . I keep changing my mind , from day to day. ????

That motor is awesome! My only question: do you think it would void the warranty on my weed whacker?
