    Default flying termites

hello everyone, i need a good flying termite pattern. I fish a lake that has a tremendous amount of these bugs and it reeally brings out the big browns. We get a great hatch of them late in the evening and the big fish start "gulping" the dead termites on the water. Any help will be very much appreciated

I did a Yahoo search for "termite fly fishing" and found links to several patterns.

HDog, I keep it simple, so I can tye up a bunch. A three step fly is my choice for this pattern.
Tye small beige Rainey foam cut to length to a 2-3x gape dry fly hook "for gulpers", red/orange magic marker to suite.
Tye in a vsmall black rubber leg on each side. Tye on ready-made clear wing material.
You can make it a four step, by adding a bit of yellow foam to the back for a high vis fly.
    Happy fishing.
