    Default Upper Sunrise open?

Is the gravel bar to upper sunrise (at the end of the road) available to access and launch or is it closed?

According to a park ranger I spoke to tonight, it will remain open until after the fourth of July. That is also the time we will be losing half our park rangers due to budget cuts. He encourages us all to attend the County Supervisors meeting and voice our opinions, I believe he said it was next tuesday but I will try to get more info and post it.

    Default Vehicle and Trailer Fee?

The Country Website has not been updated to reflect the new fees as of June 1st.

For example, Vehicle and Trailer Fee is still listed at $10 with no indication of the new fee, if any. Parking is still listed at $5.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

BTW, I do believe the annual passes did not go up in price.

    Thanks.

The price increases are only in effect on the Holiday weekends (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day). All other times are the regular price.

    Default Vehicle fee

Just picked up an annual pass for 50.00 bucks. They can also be picked up at local bike shops. Fished Upper Sunrise last night. The access is still open.

2 Nights ago I caught the only two shad I saw. Was on the Binoculars, some guy was way down low in the top stretch with a switch/spey rod. Didnt see him hook up.

Got the only fish at my usualy spot above watt last night but it was slow till last call.

    Where are the fish?

Ranger told me below Watt Ave still?
