    Check the flows...Right now the river is a bit off color. The river will come up all night and start dropping during the early morning hours. If you come to fish start out a little later in the day once the river drops some and gets it's clarity back. I've caught some nice fish this week, howerver if you're new to the Truckee you might want to wait until the river settles down and the caddis come out.

    Michaeln, I don't go that far, but I have my old lists, 1 day, 2 day etc. winter/summer.
    Mostly, my truck is field ready for 2-3 sports at all times, and always ready to camp. Just turn the key and go play.
    The place I'm most obsessive, is going boating. Forgetting one small item (a drain plug maybe), can ruin a trip.
