Hi Bill looks like a wondeful trip. You got quite a number of different species of toucanare. Amazing how many species are in the siclid family. They are fun to catch! Nice pictures, Thanks for sharing, Mems.

Take a look at this slide show when you get time.

If you like fly fishing for many species of fish then this would be a trip for you.

It is also a winter trip and a great time to get out of the cold here in the US.

Thousands of couples go to the Amazon to see the rain forest, birds and other animals.

It is a lot more than just a fishing trip.

This is not an expensive trip compared to other exotic destinations.

Take a look at the slide show above.

Not for everyone but it you like lots of different kinds of fishing besides trout you would love this trip.

It is also very easy and comfortable for people of all ages.

Bill, when I first saw the picture of you relaxing in the water I thought you were about to go water skiing.
So long and thanks for all the fish!!!

Great pics Bill. You've got the Ernest Hemmingway look down pat.
"For years, every time he stopped at the house to collect his paper money, it was the same routine. The old man in the wheelchair would ask him how he'd like it if he took him fishing and showed him a few things. He always said he'd like that.
When the old man finally passed away, his wife gave the kid a box of flies. He has them today, tucked away in a closet, never to be fished."
