    Default Guisti's in the Delta

WOW!!!! That's about all I can say. If you are fishing the delta anywhere near Walnut Grove and want an exceptional dinner stop in. The restaurant is located very near Walnut Grove and even has it's own dock where you can tie up. Dinners are served from 5pm, are family style (you get fresh made minestroni soup, salad, beans and salami, main course), and the menu is fantastic. I think I could have make a complete meal of just the soup and salad. Best place I have been to in a while. You can look it up at http://www.giustis.com/.

I worked as a bus boy and "dock boy" there when I was in high school. The food was always good and many "celebrities" would visit there when they were in the Delta. The best thing about working there was we could keep our 13' Gregor tied up to the dock and fish on our breaks. P.S. The rock bank across the slough from the dock near the bridge used to be our "secret smallmouth" spot.
Have a good time, all the time.
