Here are some sites. There are so many patterns out there that I think it would be hard for a site to carry a comprehensive library of patterns. There are a lot of different sites each carrying some vids though. Sometimes the best bet is to Google a particular pattern and sort the video links. YouTube has numerous tying vids as well. Is there any particular fly or style you’re looking for?

You Tube is also a great source. Just type in the fly you want and there is usually a video of someone tying it.

This is a site I use all the time. There are no videos on tying but the photos are all step by step.

I would check out some of the vids available at Bill's shop. The name escapes me but Andy Burk's video is awesome.

I will second both YouTube and Charlie Craven's site, I use both of those frequently. Also look at Steven Ojai's Fly Fishing the Sierras and troutflies.com both of which have detailed instructions.

I like the quality on this guy's stuff. Youtube in general is the way to go.
I recommend creating an account and subscribing to the what you like, good way to find new and/or local pattern variations.

You might also want to check out "Fly Tying: The Angler's Art" which was professionally done for a WA PBS station: http://kwsu.org/Offers/FlyTying.aspx

Kiene's also rents fly tying DVDs at a very reasonable price so next time you are in the shop, take a look at what they have.
