Good to hear yoy got into some fish dj. That's cool that Bclem took you out. I haven't had a chance to do much fishing in the last month, I'm itching to get out soon!

Congrats on the Putah toad! That creek and I have a bad history... For some reason, even though it's not a very big piece of water, I always seem to end up in the drink there.

Just a, "The more you know," service announcement: Be sure to clean your boots and waders really well before you head back to the American, or any other river for that matter. The mudsnails are pretty bad in Putah.

It passed! The regulations on Putah Creek have just been changed to catch and release fishing with artificial lures and barbless hooks year round.
"Nothing makes a fish bigger than almost being caught."
