I believe the restaurant name is Nellos. It's supposed to be very good Italian cuisine. I have no idea if it's a fancy place or some place that will let you wear in your Simms couture.

it is a fancy place... at the very least a collared shirt. It is probably your best bet for itallion food.
another place to check out is jack's grill, they are easily the best steakhouse in the area.
