I have a Scott LS2 13' 7 wt. Curently I am using a SA Short spey head. Anyone else cast this rod, what do you use?

I have that rod and did not like it until I was introduced to the Skagit shorties...

Try the Airflo Compact Skagit in 510 grains. It will load the rod deep and hurl whatever setup you want.

I used to fish that rod all the time, it has moved to a back up role but I still love it with a Airflo compact scandi 420g. Have also used the 450 but IMHO it works real well with the 420g and a 14' polyleader.
