Side Imagine Fish Finders....Anyone used one?

I've used a Fishing Buddy for a couple years, but recently saw someone w/a Humminbird Side Imaging fish finder....looked interesting, but can it really allow you to see stripers and fish on either side of the boat

Where do you mount the transducer, that will not affect the side beam?

If anyone has one or has used one, particularly w/stripers, I'd be curious to hear your thoughts

The Fishin Buddy 120 and 130 have side imaging, no? I plan to order one. Other than that, how do you like the FB? I will use on a 'toon.
