Here is an email I just got from a Napa area guide:

NORTH WIND REPORT STRIPERS!!!

Well I thought I'd let all you know...fishing is good! For the second straight day we've pounded on the schoolie Stripers in the Napa River! Each day we've caught 40+ fish with lots of additional grabs! All fish have been coming on white and char and white and gray clousers. Clients have been fishing with 5-6 wt rods using slower sinking lines.
Looking for fisherman Friday and Saturday!
