I had the pleasure of fishing with Jay Remley on tuesday and wednesday. While tuesday was one of the best days I have had on the American in a while, wednesday was the typical American fishing with one schoolie to hand, several follows, and floating over an area that we had just fished and seeing 6 to 8 very large fish that just werent interested, and a half a dozen shad to round up the trip. Jay worked his but off for two days putting in a good 12 hours each day of non stop casting.

    Yay Charlie!

We'll be out there tonight! Guys that have gone out with Paul this week have gotten a couple over 10, up to 16 lbs, on top!

    Can't wait to get mine!

    Charlie--
After close to seven month lay-off and numerous physical therapy sessions...the bones are finally healed. I've been back in the water a couple times and anxious to pick-up where I left off as a quick study newbie. Thank you for asking...now back to the thread

Andy Guibord said that he has heard the American is coming alive with the fall off of the Shad run.

August/September should be good for Stripers on the A.
