Pavati drift boats

Was checking out the Pavati custom drift boats, very nice. The side opening door is a great idea.

I wonder how the "wakecutter" bow acts

I was wondering the same thing. The bow looks like it can get caught up in branches, etc.

I have seen that boat up close and personal. The doors are a cool feature but I don't think I would want that in any drift boat. To much room for error IMHO. All it would take is some dipstick to not latch the door. Then row thru a rapid and you could have a boat full of water. Plus they are too expensive they are about 4 g more than a fully loaded clack or willie
