5/26-5/28 AR Report

Been fishing the lower river the past few evenings. Got 6 Tuesday, 7 Wednesday and 2 last night. All were caught using a Surf Candy or I'm Too Sexy for My Shad. I think it really depends on time of day when you catch them no matter where you're at. I briefly spoke to a guy as I was leaving yesterday and he said he caught 16 in one hour late Wednesday evening. I'm ready to fish in the upper river!

Hey Jeff,
Good to have a really brief chat with you last night. I fished that run for 15 minutes after those 2 guys left and caught 2. That sweet spot is really small
I think I saw you again tonight...you fishing a switch rod, right? I was the dude in that white boat downstream from you. I was just a tad bit farther from the sweet spot. I only got 4. Looked like you got into them really good.
I'll see you out there again sometime.

Yep, that was me and I had a pretty good evening. Ended up with 18. Hope to see you out on the water.
