Ar 5/20
It has been a rough birthday week. Family in town, but I was able to get out on the 20th and 21st. On the 20th I went out by myself early morning, started with a dink striper, and then moved on the shad for a bit. Hooked up two pretty quick, and then got a bunch of other fishing company. Had enough conversation and switched back to Stripers and I drifted back to the boat launch at Howe. Got a good pull on the line, and and good fight. Nice 4 pounder. I drifted a little more and hooked up one more nice fish.
Took my dad out on the 21st, caught two shad and no stripes. He opted not to touch the shad after seeing it dripping slime, no picture there.
