If it's Rd.48 on the official California map, it's on the north end of the town of Glenn, east of Willows.

Derrin,thanks for the tips what sections (holes) do you fish in Los Molinos? I've got a pontoon boat is this doable or should I just wade. sombody suggested the Pine creek hole below hwy 32 is that still considered wash out?
