True story.... my sister's ex-husband has the same name and everyone has been calling him to see if he is still alive. Thank goodness this was not him!

Sacramento County Coroner's officials have identified a man who died in a boating
incident in the <http://topics.sacbee.com/Sacramento+River/> Sacramento River Delta
Sunday as Michael Rivera, 43, of Sacramento.

Rivera was fishing in a bass boat on the river near
<http://topics.sacbee.com/Walnut+Grove/> Walnut Grove when he fell into the water
and was struck by the boat, a U.S. Coast Guard news release states.

Another boater got Rivera out of the water and took him to Wimpy's Marina, where
emergency crews were waiting. Rivera was pronounced dead at the scene.

An autopsy to determine a cause of death is scheduled today, a deputy coroner said.

Coast Guard personnel and Sacramento County Sheriff's deputies are investigating
