    Troutbelly I think I'm gonna have to get to Kienes for that ! I can only imagine the "fly selection" and this is a family type board so I'll behave.
    I swear I'll be home by noon this time!!

    Not too long left I hooked into something that almost took me into my backing. I was thinking that it was pretty unreal to hook into a fish that nice on opening day. After a while I finally got it in and it turned out to be 1 of the biggest suckerfish I've ever seen. I was a little disappointed but it was still a great fight.

    My first fish on my big 9 weight steelhead rod was a big 6-8 pound Sucker just above the Watt Avenue Bridge about 40 years ago.

    A big Sucker can feel pretty good on a fly rod............kind of like a Carp or Redfish?
