    Randy Johnson from Truckee, CA said he used clear slow sinking lines on the north coast in the winter.

    They have been trying to make a good clear floater for some time now that actually cast well so hopefully Cortland has made a good one.

    Some Belizean guides in Placencia want clear floating lines for flats fishing for Permit.

    We tried the Monic clear full floaters about 5 years ago and they did not cast well enough for us then but who knows what the future will hold.

    do you use that 10wt line on an 8wt rod or 10wt rod?

    Thanks Carl! I should have a local place to store "my" drift boat soon. We can use that when your buddies is not available....I look forward to trying that new spot....and others.
