Little Striper, glad that you like that camera. It's a great value for $150.
When you get some good shots post'em up on the board!

Some very nice pics! I use a compact Panasonic DMC FS20 10 mega pixles with a Lumix wide lens. Takes great shots, very functional design with anti-shake stability, an intelligence mode, 3" viewing screen and is small enough to easily fit in my vest pocket.

Fish in "stealth" mode.
Rob, great pictures as always, gorgeous shots. Point and shoot cameras are great but they lack the control of the SLRs limiting your shooting options as you are aware.
Ty, that Panasonic is a nice camera. I especially like it's wider than normal lens (30mm equivalency) and the intelligent auto mode makes operating that camera very easy.
Do you have any cool fishing pics to share with us?

Perfect timing guys I am out of the doghouse after "water testing" my camera a cell phone and a PDA over the past year. I have been on camera restriction while fishing this summer well till now, As in a new Z-axis 7wt and no camera till the smoke clears. It looks like the Pentax is on the top of the list.
I swear I'll be home by noon this time!!
I also purchased the Pentax Optio W60 waterproof point and shoot and love it. One advantage it has over the Olympus is a 5x optical zoom vs. 3x for the Olympus. It has already earned the extra waterproof points when it self ejected from my vest into the shallow part of the river.

I shoot with a Pansonic Lumix FZ-50. I love it for its big zoom, big MP, and full features. About as good as you can get without going broke or moving up to a full DSLR.
I have mine rigged up to work on a remote shutter and delay for one-man pontoon brag photos.
See this thread for a shot of the rig and some examples:

I have a Nikon D300 with the following lenses-
Sigma 100-300 f/4 + 1.4x TC
Tokina 12-24 f/4
Tamron 17-50 f/2.8
Nikkor 50 f/1.8
OK, so if any of you guys are angling for a camera upgrade for Xmas, and want to unload your WP point and shoot, I'm interested.
