What type of cameras do you guys use?

For a point and shoot I use my waterproof Pentax Optio W10

For my professional style shots I use a Canon 40D

Rob, I wouldn't mind having the 50D but the 40D is doing just fine for me right now, I love my camera...especially now that I am using a better lens.

Rob, have you taken any pictures lately?

I was looking at the 50d , but will go with 5d and a full size censer .

    not much .

The fall colors did not turn out like last years . The brush starting to turn color then it rained and took all the leaves off . Been hunting deer and elk a little with my muzzle loader and it's now duck season . Did a lot of fly fishing before Cody left on his mission for our church, but its just not the same with out him . I just don't enjoy going as much , hunting or fishing . Got so use to having Jason or Cody along for the last 15 years, and that was half the fun just being with them . Now i get bored , fish for a hr or so and come home . I have been doing a lot of hiking with my Lab ( Cody's Temp replacement ) and enjoying that .

Sorry to hear that Rob, at least you have the dog. Good luck with your hunting!

Can someone remind me of the underwater point and shoot camera most of you use? I can't remember if it was an Olympus or Pentax.

    Thanks.

Kraig, it's pentax Optio series waterproof camera I have the W10 but there's a newer model out now, the Optio W60, picture below:

I love my Pentax and there's quite a few people on this board who have f seen the examples of pictures from my camera and followed my advice and purchased one for themselves.

Here's a few pictures from that camera:

    Give the Pentax a try.

    Show off Adam!

I did follows Adam (and others) advice and go with the Pentax W10. I also shoot with a Nikon D-50 SLR and a Cannon SD1000 point and shoot. All pretty good cameras!
