    Default Big fish eat...

in August on the Delta. Today was an epic example. Many big fish and big eats. Many of these fish today were 5+lbs. A couple of eats were huge fish. And many were lost well into the battle.....don't stop pulling on these big fish! Trout tactics don't cut it. It's a different game.

Here's an example of what i'm talking about when you have a big fish on..

Cant wait til some of Charlie Bisharat's new flies come out. If the old adage "the bigger the bait the bigger the fish" then we're gonna see some monsters come out. I fished with him on Sunday and at one point I thought I had a fish following my fly, then I realized it was his fly!

KD...I'm there!! Your written report has me thinking inflatable kayak and an excursion to the Delta before my vacation is over... Early AM better than late PM? Thanks for posting.

    Later...
