I was thinking about joining but that would mean that I would have to tie 15 of the same pattern and I do not wan to tie so many flies, nor do I really have the time right now to do that. sorry.

Don't tease us by posting you are not going to join. Come on Adam, this is my first fly swap, hook me up with a frog. I won't ask you to do it again for another year.
So long and thanks for all the fish!!!

Stopped by the shop today to pick up some materials for the Hairy Fodder. Couldn't find the smaller rattles called for in Craig's recipe so I went ahead and bought a package of the one's Bill carries. Just tied one up. Doesn't really look like much dry, but when I tied it on a leader and put it in the sink....holy crap,...... . I think I'm gonna like this pattern. Not having tied much with rabbit fur I wasn't prepared for what it does in the water. I don't think I would have been much more surprised if it had sprouted wings and flown around the kitchen. Ed
Elwood: It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Jake: Hit it.

    Default I'm in

I'll take a day or two to think qabout what to tie. Perhaps a clouse floating minnow, or a crease fly.

I have yet to fish a crease fly. That would make a fine addition, just a thought.

    Nice looking streamer Guppy.
