Suggestions needed - Daytona Beach Dec 8-13

I am heading to Daytona for a week and want to fish. I am going to do at least one deep sea trip since I have never done that, but also was curious to see if anybody had any suggestions for some fly fishing on the flats. Looking for an inexpensive guide service or charter that will accomodate me for some tight line action.
