Looking for Rogue River partner...

Hello!,

I have never fished the Rogue river so am debating a couple things.

1. Find someone who wants to go, as I have a nice drift boat, gear, etc...Fish for 2-3 days.

2. Hire a guide, drive up and fish a couple days.

Either way this trip would be solo for me, so I figured I would post up and see if anyone is intereted in either of the two options. Obviously if I take my boat I would prefer someone who has drifted the river, or at least knows the river well.

Sooo, any help would be great, even if it is a little information on where to go, who to hire, etc...

Dave Carney is a great guide with a great attitude. I fish around him often and he does a great job. You won't learn much about a portion of the river you can go back to on your own though. He mainly fishes private access water where there is no down stream public boat ramp because of a diversion dam.
