I get the feeling that a lot of us are dog lovers. If you're like me, you've got more pic's of your dogs than any other family member

    Lets see 'em

Good looking dogs Jay, I'm glad that you started this dog post.

My parent's dog is not a fishing buddy but he's a great furry friend.

Jill (aka "Mudge") passed away earlier this year. We are ever so hesitantly looking for a replacement. Though perhaps a little bit smaller.... 140 lbs is ALOT of dog!

Here's my two very distinguished and highly trained Gordon Setters. Duke's the black and tan and Shadow's the one with all the white on him. Ed
Elwood: It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Jake: Hit it.

Steelie, sorry for the loss of your dog, that's never easy.

To the rest of you, nice dogs! Seeing all of your beloved dogs makes me smile.

    Dogs are great!

This is Lilly the lab, actually my girlfriend's parents dog that I spend a whole lot of time with...

And this is my dad with Emma the Rat Terrier riding co-pilot...

I'm missing pictures of 3 more! Another yellow and one black lab and another rat terrier! Dogs are the best...

I apologize for the board faux pas but my dad is not a strict fly fisherman!

We had a couple of mixed breed black doggies that got old and went to doggy heaven.

I think when we retire we will get another small dog or two?

A few years ago I went on a road trip to Kamloops, British Columbia with Chris Pasley. We took Chris' Suburban and pulled a small boat on a trailer. He brought his two big dogs that drooled on my most of the way. At first I was not too excited because we had them in a 10 foot pram with us.

After being with them for a week and having them sleep on me in the tent I nearly cried when I had to leave them at the end of the trip. They were so lovable, just big puppies.
