    Default East Carson

I fished the East Carson yesterday (Monday). The flows are dropping fast and the water is warming, but I did manage to land 8 rainbows. They ranged from 6-17 inches. The bite really fell off after noon. I also came across a bear just before Markleeville creek. Stimis, micro mays and para adams were the best flies. I am guessing that it is going to be too low and warm to fish there real soon.

Sorry, I forgot my camera yesterday. It was very light colored. Redish blond.

A lot of reddish blondes are real bears.......uh, did I say that out loud?
Elwood: It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Jake: Hit it.
