For 2007 they come in 3 larger sizes:

#IV for lines #7/8/9 @ $229 USD

#V for lines 8/9/10 @ $239 USD

#VI for lines 10/11/12 @ $249 USD

They come in clear and black.

In 2008 they are supposed to come in smaller sizes as well.
