Poison Oak, as with any allergen, can become toxic to you over time as well. When I was younger, I NEVER got it, even when bushwhacking into areas to hunt, grabbing vines, etc. I was proud of the fact and showed off that I couldn't get hit....especially cause my brother was allergic..

Fast forward 10 years. and BAM!! I get it now.... not bad, but I do get it.
