Default Middle Section of the Yuba last Wknd.

Fished the Middle section of the Yuba, at the outflow/power station below Bullard's Bar last Sat. PM. A few large brown mayflies flying around, some small white mayflies as well.

Few rises, even up to evening, when we had to leave.

one guy had a grab/LDR on a 2 nymph rig (most likely the PT dropper), and another had a hit, but off right away.

Other than that, nothin'. The water above the power station was kinda skinny, and below it was milky. Temp above was 52, never got a temp below.

Lotsa salamanders furthering the species, sometimes in numbers above 10 in the mass. Lotsa singletons and pairs as well....what cool animals.

I love this section of the Yuba....wish I could get some fish, too.
