I found some info on TL Johnson fly rods. I don't know how reliable the information is. I found it in another fly fishing forum. Anyway they said that TL Johnson Fly Rods were off-shoots of T&T. They are supposedly former employees that went out on their own. Other than that, I couldn't find much information on the company. It appears that they're relatively new. I saw some pictures of their higher end rods but nothing on the Emerger model (besides e-bay).
