Only caution I'd pass on is the screws can back out on these 'after market' cleats. Check tightness before every trip.
I ask as some local folk have now establised three lakes just north-east of Medford that contain some FEE-nominal sized trout. Play there, then go chase fish on the Rogue for 1/2 the drive.
