As most know, Fishpond product are extremely high quality.

Most of the Stripers and Shad will probably go up the Sacramento river this spring/summer to spawn.

These are my favorite fish and we have them year round in Florida's rivers, creeks, canals, lagoons and even land locked near the coasts. We use a 9' #7, 8 or 9 weight rod with only floating lines. ...

At higher tides on Christmas Island we fished for larger bones in 3 to 4 feet of water with longer 15' leaders, and larger, #2-#4 heavier flies.
