This is what I use. Find the depth by hanging a hemostat off your leader. Works great for fishing midge larva. Nothing like 20"+ trout on size 20 or smaller flies.
Dude, don't you ever tell me what to do.
Did you just call CharlieS an a hole?
Charlie is the very best person I know, generous to a fault, and a dear friend of mine. You must be talking about someone else.

I've been pining for Yeti for a long, long time.
I've spent a great deal of time researching this exact thing. My conclusion is get yourself a ghillie.

This is a great hybrid raft. I used one floating down the Kisaralik River in Alaska for 14 days.

For me, a trip to the Bob Marshall Wilderness is a bucket entry.
Thank you Ralph, now I can give my puny brain a rest.
Years ago, I ruined a WF fly line by stepping on it with studded felt boots.
Ted,
That's what I understood Ralph's statement to mean. My puzzlement is why/how the leader got underneath the boot to begin with.
But, and I quote:

Try as I might, and I have really given it my best...

JGB,
Admitting you have ________ is the first step toward recovery. I applaud you!
I'm envious...I haven't come to terms with this issue. Afraid I may end up a bitter old curmudgeon..
What...
I fished there last Wednesday, the BIG drakes were out. Had my best dry fly day ever. Rising fish from noon till dark!
Ha! I have an affection for stinging nettles...
Every few years I get an unusually severe case and I opt for prednisone. If it's a mild-moderate case I now use Zanfel.
Dr. Weil suggests:
"The best treatment for poison oak is to run hot water...
I used Barge Cement with good results, but that was 20+ years ago.
30+?
I've had one for several years now. As far as I know, they're the best float tube available.
