I was fishing rear seat in an Adipose recently and I swear I missed a dozen fish because I was trying to get my line from around the seat post.
I think that these stripping bucket started here in Nor Cal on Striper skiffs and are slowly working their way around the rest of the world.
Kind of like the fishing ladders at Pyramid Lake.
