During the age period of 14-20 I would have devoured at least one of those. Now in my 70’s a sandwich would spoil before I could finish it all.
No question, no doubt. the last of the old school. there are upstarts popping up here and there.. but they do not have the process down. You have to pickle and smoke the meat and use the right cut to get it to stay moist..
If you visit the Apple you will have a great experience eating at this establishment.. these comments are from a guy whos family lived around the corner from this deli. I have eaten at just about every NY Deli old world deli's while they were open...
