Excellent condition 1495DA made in Akron, OH. Minor rash on back plate (see photo) but otherwise clean and in perfect working order. Stored dry, indoors. It is in pretty good shape.
The Model 1495 is a good size for a 6 or 7 weight rod. All these reels came right hand crank so if you want to crank left you need to get a
reversable machined metal drag disc from One-Pfoot. https://onepfoot.com/parts
Thanks, Bill. I have this reel set up for left-hand cranking, using the factory plastic drag disk I picked up years ago. I can provide instructions how to easily change it back to RHW if desired.
