Having worked as a biologist and PR guy for MWD for 6 years, I know their MO....
Pave the way slowly and with seemingly good intentions
whilst, making steps towards future environmental developments...
It's no coincidence that those islands are along the proposed path of the twin tunnels Governor Brown, Westlands Water Dist. and MWD are pushing so hard to construct.
