Yamaha boat mechanic near Antioch?

Hi,
My friend is offering his boat to me but the 2002 90 hp yamaha four stroke hasn’t been started in 5 years. The boat was running fine until he started a new hobby.

Does anybody recommend a Yamaha mechanic near Antioch?

I’m trying to get an idea how much this would cost.
