These are the same fins worn by US Navy Seals for versatility to walk forward better than usual dive fins. The straps are an improved bungee diving strap that keeps tension on the foot.
The size is SMALL that fits around a mens size 5 to 6.5 or womens 6 to 8 shoe size. Super well made. A bit worn cosmetically but super durable as you will see.
