Loreto report
Hey guys,
My boat Captain just called me from Loreto, he said the past few Days they have caught lots of Dorado-Sailfish and Marlin on flies, I forgot to ask about the roosters. Anyway next Friday is my first day of fishing for 6 weeks in a row, If anybody ever wanted to go down, this just might be the best year in a long time. I will be posting reports on here as I fish.

Here is an email I just received from Carl:
"Hey Guys, Having some technical issues this year with phone and computer. Now my phone's fixed but the computer down here is giving me problems. Yesterday was too windy to travel out for Dorado, but the Rooster fishing is fantastic, and we even found a new honey hole. If you have my number you can call me for the scoop.

Loreto report 6/23
"Greetings: Today the sea finally flattened out a little bit and the fish started acting like they are supposed to. I hooked 2 Marlin and 5 Dorado. I lost the first Marlin but did land the second one. Lost one Dorado; the largest was about 15 pounds. The weather here is changing all the time like it can't make up its mind what it wants to do. Right now the ocean is in control."

"Greetings, The weather has been really strange here for the past week and we couldn't even fish for the last two days because of the rain and wind. But today it turned a corner and it was a terrific day with flat seas and no wind. We nailed 18 Dorado between 10 and 30 pounds and I also got two Marlin bites and landed one. The Roosters have been just everywhere and always easy to catch on cast flies. Things are coming together with the nice weather, the beginning of the dark of the moon and extra warm seas. Today the sea was 83 and it was the best day of fishing yet.
